The work therefore analyzed the detrimental roles of corporate fiduciaries in their dealings with securities and the role of appropriate legal regime to respond to these practices.

Dr Adefi is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Kogi State University, Anyigba. He is a legal practitioner; Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B), Barrister at Law Certificate (B.L), Master of Laws Degree (LLM) and a Doctor of Philosophy in Laws (Ph.D) from the University of Jos, Nigeria.
