In other words, the response to insecurity is not yet up to the level of the criminal phenomenon, which is evolving, with "criminals" perfecting their approaches by professionalizing their modus operandi.In order to do this, in relation to the solutions to insecurity in the city of Bukavu, it is necessary to be creative, to invent or reinvent new ways of providing security by taking into account prevention and intervention, which are two interdependent notions, and to contextualize them in order to get out of the routine by distinguishing from the old security recipes.It will be necessary to implement new security practices through political and security, economic and judicial strategies but also environmental and psychosocial strategies.
