Stuart B. Murray, PhD, is an assistant professor at the University of California, San Francisco, and also serves as director of the National Association for Males with Eating Disorders, the co-chair for the Academy of Eating Disorders Special Interest Groups (SIG) panel on male eating disorders, and as an honorary associate at the University of Sydney. Leslie Karwoski Anderson, PhD, is an associate clinical professor and training director at the UC San Diego Eating Disorders Center for Treatment and Research. She is also associate editor for Eating Disorders: The Journal of Treatment and Prevention, and co-chair of the Academy of Eating Disorders Special Interest Group (SIG) on Suicide. Leigh Cohn is the founder and editor in chief of Eating Disorders: The Journal of Treatment and Prevention and co-editor of four other Routledge books, including The Last Word on Eating Disorders Prevention (2016). He is also publisher of Gürze Books and co-author of several trade books on eating disorders.
