Monographic work "Inheritance position of female in Kosovo", among others: 1. Addresses the meaning of inheritance issue, types and main features of this civil-legal institute, 2. Therefore, I have used knowledge and other sources estimated to be important for a more comprehensive treatment of this problematic.
Autorenporträt
Egzonis Hajdari LL.M was born on April 04 1990 in Prishtina, Kosovo. His research and published work focuses on Obligation Law, Family/Inheritance Law and Civil Law. Hajdari has served as teaching assistant. Currently he is doing Ph.D. studies in Private Law. He is author of many scientific articles and participant on international conferences.
