Shadreck Ndinde is a Faculty of Arts Librarian, and Head of Systems Department at Great Zimbabwe University. He is interested in changing student¿s Information seeking behavior in the hybrid era.He holds a diploma in LIS from Harare Polytechnic, FETC from Masvingo Polytechnic, BA from University of Zimbabwe and Msc LIS from NUST , Zimbabwe.
