Dr. Ohairwe Gilbert is a Pharmacist by profession with Bachelor's and Master's degree in pharmacy. He further holds a masters in Business administration and a diploma in law from MUK. He is currently finalizing his PhD project in Public Administration. He has a wide experience in both public and private management of pharmaceutical projects.
