In conclusion, the resultant effects showed that materials and labour are good determinants of the rate of housing development. Based on the results and the conclusion drawn from the findings, indicated that any unit change in the prices of construction materials and labour would have an effect on the rate of housing development. The study provides models that can predict the rate of housing development in the study area.
