It appears that the smaller size firms do have little or no environmental awareness programmes in the organization.The employees of these industries are expected to have lower level of awareness and attitude towards internal and external environmental pollution problems. Hence, it was expected in the present study that workers awareness about general environmental pollutions and related issues would be influenced by the personal experience and their awareness of industrial pollutants.
