Balmiki Prasad Singh is Governor of Sikkim. He is Former Additional Secretary, Ministry of Environment and Forests (1993-5); Former Culture Secretary (1995-7); Former Home Secretary (1997-9). He was also the Executive Director and Ambassador at the World Bank (1999-2002).
