There is little published work on Law relating Competition law is available. This book will therefore be of interest to lawyers, economists and policy makers in general, and not just in the procurement field. More specifically, it is hoped that the results will bring new changes in Competition Law for settling disputes and in protection of consumer rights. The findings will also have implications for the design of enforcement systems under other international arrangements. It is hoped that this book will be useful to students, researchers, academicians and members of the legal fraternity. An Alumnus of National Law Institute University, Bhopal Dr. Manish Yadav serves as Assistant Professor (Law) at Amity University, Uttar Pradesh. Before joining to academia, was serving (2009-2012) as Consumer Advocacy Officer & Registrar to Electricity Ombudsman in Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, Bhopal, India.
