Produktbeschreibung
In all contemporary countries, the main macro-economic target is to reach the full employment level and efficiently use resources, especially human resources. However, wastes of human resources are more costly, especially when "work experienced" women do not work. This book provides the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies to women who want to become a mentor on the one hand and women who want to market handicraft products on the other hand. Mentoring as one of the best possible solutions for both groups is to better combine work and private life and transfer accumulated knowledge and experience to the individual who needs to improve her productivity. Therefore, this book provides a win-win model for both mentors and mentees, who are final beneficiaries of the book, and it is compiled from the training modules of the Erasmus+ project granted by the European Commission. In addition, the book provides information about mentors, mentoring relationships, and many prominent subjects such as ICT skills, e-marketing, and networking in today's business life.
