Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Psychology at the Institute of Pedagogy, Pomeranian University in Slupsk. Academic teacher, coordinator of East Partnership and Erasmus+ programmes, participant and a coordinator of international projects, member of scientific societies (APA, ISSBD, ISSID, ATTE, IPiE and others) and author of monography and numerous scientific articles in the field of Psychology of Individual Difference, Developmental Psychology, Psychology of Gifted and Talented and Psychology of Dance.

BONNA, Franziska, Dr. (she/her): Post-doc researcher at the University of Bremen, Germany in the Institute of Technology and Education in the department of "Educational Trajectories and Diversity". Her research focusses on Inclusive Adult Education, Pedagogical Professionality in a Diverse Society and Inclusion in Higher Education.

Dr. Vana Chiou is currently member of the Laboratory Teaching Staff at the Department of Geography, University of the Aegean (Greece) in Educational Psychology. Her research interests include: didactics in teaching geography, differentiated instruction in mixed - ability and multicultural classrooms, utilization of educational technology in differentiated instruction, self - regulated learning, social and emotional learning.

Dr. Alisha M.B. Heinemann, Diplom-Pädagogin, hat in der Erwachsenenbildungswissenschaft promoviert und arbeitet aktuell als Post-doc Universitätsassistentin im Arbeitsbereich Deutsch als Zweitsprache der Universität Wien. Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte sind Deutsch als Zweitsprache, Literalitäts- und Adressatenforschung in der Erwachsenenbildung sowie kritische Migrationsforschung.
