The predicted 3D FMD protein structures of cattle aligned well with the templates. The present information on FMDV biodiversity and evolution could be exploited in tracing FMDV sources and transmission events, as well as to ensure vaccine coverage of corresponding field of FMDV extractions mostly in a developing countries.
