Autorenporträt
Hao Zhang is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a specialist in Chinese energy and climate law, with a focus on energy market reform, energy decarbonisation and green economic transition. He is a member of the Academic Advisory Group, Section on Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Law (SEERIL) of the International Bar Association. He served as Deputy Director of the LLM Programme (Energy and Environmental Law) from August 2019 to July 2023 and received the CUHK Vice-Chancellor's Exemplary Teaching Award 2020.
