Born on March 31, 1959 in Gnjilane. Graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Prishtina, on the Dynamic Analysis of Framed Concrete Structures. Hed did postgraduate studies in Ni¿, master thesis - Moravamont panel system for the ten storey floor. Runs his company DADGE, has a project burea and cooperates with a large number of institutes.
