Improved maize varieties and Farmers' Technical Efficiency

Most developing countries like Uganda experience low farm productivity due subsistence nature of their farms characterized by use of poor technologies. There is limited information about entry points for most governments to bail out the smallholder farmer. Information contained here is particularly important and timely in informing policy and interventions of most developing countries in improving adoption of improved technologies.
