The main objective we set ourselves was to increase the quality of care and minimise waiting times in the Primary Care Emergency Department (SUAP) and Mobile Teams. The methodology used was a descriptive cross-sectional study on the implementation of this Unit from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018. The main results were 2288 activations (average 6.11/day) with Priority III alerts 39.10%, Priority II 40.55% and Priority I 4.92%. Resolving 56.58% on site. They carried out 65.02% medical consultations and 34.98% resolutions according to protocols. User satisfaction: 9.68 out of 10. Main conclusion: This device increases accessibility, reduces the number of referrals to hospital, improves response times, increases continuity of care and patient safety.
