Implementation of the higher education prospective development concept

The book reveals the concept of the long-term development of higher education in Ukraine, which is based on the study of positive domestic and foreign experience in its functioning, development and reform. The book reveals the positive experience of high school management in leading universities in East Asia, in particular Singapore and China. Mechanisms of attraction of innovations in the conditions of activity of higher educational institutions are described.
