By using of (DMAIC) which is a Six-Sigma approach, it gives a specific sequence of steps that should followed to define, measure, analyze, improve and control the production process. The implementation of Lean Six-Sigma Methodology improved product quality and increased the production rate in "ABC Company". This experience can expanded in other cement industry sites.
