In the recent past, governments and other stakeholders in these countries have been putting efforts to sustain these programmes in vain. In developing countries the youth still remain vulnerable to poverty and other vices. This study therefore was necessitated by the fact that youths being the majority of the population, their programmes needs to be implemented successful to realize development goals in these countries.
