This book also addresses the role played by parents, community leaders and teachers towards learning. Solomon Mang'ira holds M.Phil in Environmental Law, PGDE and an Administrator, Moi University. He is pursuing D.Phil. in Environmental Sc. Dr. Chang¿ach is a lecturer at Moi University, School of Education. Roselyne has M. Phil. in Info.Sc. Moi University and D.Phil. student in the same university and Heads Chepkoilel University College Library.
