While the CRPF employees can have clearer picture about the pros and cons of the VRS and can take a cue from the experience and perceptions of the VRS opted employees, whereas employer can take decisions on planning and introduction of such schemes. The other major significance here is to understand the reactions and perceptions of the employees who continued with CRPF, so that necessary steps can be taken to rejuvenate the motivation levels of the employees who stayed back.
