The purpose of this work is to assess the impact of the interventions of the NGO "Action pour la Paix et la Concorde" in the resolution of conflicts and social cohesion in the Territory of Kalehe. Thus, three questions guided our research, in particular:- How does the NGO/APC proceed to manage community conflicts with a view to social cohesion in the Kalehe Territory?- What is the appreciation of the members of the communities of the interventions of this organization, in relation to the management of conflicts and social cohesion?- What recommended priority strategies can contribute to the improvement of alternative interventions in the management of community conflicts in the Kalehe Territory?The results of this study motivate the formulation of the development of a program of solutions to community conflicts in the territory of Kalehe / South Kivu in the DRC, following certain weaknesses of the APC of not being able to eradicate all conflicts, in particular identity conflicts,armed conflicts, large-scale land conflicts which require sovereign responsibility.

Michaël Kabene Shengera è nato il 30 settembre 1983. Nel 2021 ha conseguito la laurea in Organizzazione sociale (Sviluppo rurale) presso l'ISTD/KALEHE/SUD-KIVU/RDC. Dal 18 settembre 2020 a oggi, è stato operatore di inserimento dati presso l'Ufficio territoriale di Kalehe.
