This study focuses on various attribute of shopping mall that is parking facility, atmosphere, variety of stores for different needs, and the most important time saving which impact people's preferences or choice. There are various factors that are company image in the market, how the salesmen persuade their customer, company leaflet, what offers they avail to their customers also affects people's choice that makes people shop at mall. The main objective of the study is to examine how the key factors, dimension of fulfillment, shopping mall administration procedures impact purchaser conduct and to breakdown buyers shopping experience in malls.
