REFLECT is an innovative approach as it founds the foundation of empowerment in people. Here education also plays a crucial role. But that's not the traditional type of education through which the change can come. Reflective education begins working by selecting problems. So, it is seen practically that reflection is needed for the proper empowerment of impoverished population.
