Dr. Jogi Madhusudan was born in Gootyananthapuramu Village, Peddavadugur Mandal, Ananthapuramu District of Andhra Pradesh. He did M.A. in Rural Development, LLM and PH.D and Post Doc in Rural Development from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuramu. Presently he has working Ombudsman in MGNREGA.
