The use of various techniques, methods, media and approach will make teaching and learning process interesting, effective, goal oriented, and need based and different from routine. ICT in teaching and learning is a new field of study. The study of this nature in an educational organization is perhaps a pioneering effort and as such to provide some valuable results, which may add to knowledge in the field of education in agricultural university. The present study on the concept of ICT in teaching and learning may lead to better understanding of extent of use, access, the competencies and the constraints they were facing in using them. Knowledge of these factors would help to formulate an appropriate strategy for the university to promote ICT use in teaching and learning.
