Government and extension functionary should conduct training at grass root level in order to knowledge and awareness about FLDs is to be focus. Efforts should be made to minimize political interference for effective and efficient implementation of FLDs. All the possible efforts should be made to overcome the major constraints.

The author has completed his graduation from Anand Agricultural University, Anand in 2014-15. Thereafter, he did his M.Sc from Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari in 2016-17. He qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) in 2018. He had published research papers in International Journal and attended National Seminar.
