The search for peace between communities in armed opposition is a constant approach that the author of this book imposes on himself. That is why he digs information on the armed groups and the terrorist groups in order to apprehend the foundations of their steps; the reason of their insurrection to prepare the modes of landing and thus to contribute to the resolution of the various armed conflicts which paralyze the people and the nations. The territory of Djugu in the province of Ituri in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo has been affected since 2000 by conflicts between communities. These communities have imported weapons under the influence of various armed groups with foreign components. Disarmament activities have taken place in this area, but this scourge has not been curbed. Weapons continue to circulate illicitly and people continue to die under their arms. The author of this paper traces the origins and routes of this illicit circulation of small arms and light weapons. He also evokes the consequences and the disaster caused by the said problem but he also traces the various trajectories of transits of the weapons.
