Daniel Béland is the Canada Research Chair in Public Policy and Professor at the Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy in the University of Saskatchewan. Robert Henry Cox is Director and Associate Professor at the School of International and Area Studies in the University of Oklahoma.
