In order to provide such services, universities need to build strong ICT infrastructure and holistic information systems.

Tefera Tamirat is a strategic planning, monitoring & evaluation unit head in Adama University. He has MA in Educational Planning & Leadership and he received his BSc degree in Information System from Addis Ababa University. He served in private universities colleges in Ethiopia at the position of instructor, program officer & head of registrar.
