Anjali Krishan Sharma is Professor of Architecture & Sustainable Urbanism and Director, with thirty-nine years of versatile experience: Academia, Practice and Real estate sector in India. Graduation and doctoral study from School of Planning and Architecture; New Delhi acknowledged as 'Institute of National Importance' by government of India. Member of RIBA and SFHEA: Senior Fellow with Advance-HE(UK). Founder member of multi-disciplinary research group: Asian Universities Network Forum on Advances in Research; Japan. Awarded an Indo-Dutch fellowship to research entitled Housing Typologies in public sector housings and won first prize in a National Housing Design idea competition (CIDCO, Mumbai) including the award of the project. Keynote speaker, panellist and member of advisory committee for scientific committee for International Conferences. Advised at Boards of studies, Academic council, Convener and Resource Expert for Council of Architecture. Contributed for Indian Heritage Cities Network program, UNESCO; New Delhi; authored and collaborated for Chapters, papers and book published by Springer entitled "Traditional Urbanism Response to Climate Change - walled City of Jaipur". Keen interest in built environs in alignment with contemporary issues especially for Sustainable Urban development and Climate change through interdisciplinary approach. Aanchal Sharma is an architect with experience in professional practice, research and academic teaching. Has obtained PhD from IIT Roorkee, India. At her current position as an Associate Professor at DIT University, Dehradun, she is actively involved in academic teaching, graduate research and research projects involving green buildings. Shraddha Bahukhandi is Assistant Professor at School of Architecture, Planning and Design. She has received her Master's degree in Urban Planning and Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Her interests focus upon the development of vulnerable hill settlements, risk-resilient planning approach and inclusive planning in urban dimension. Her book on "Planning strategies for the development of new capital town in hills: A case of Gairsain, Uttarakhand" has been published by LAP, Germany.
