Brian has been in ministry since 1992. Currently, he serves as associate pastor at First NLR in North Little Rock, Arkansas, where he leads over five hundred volunteers in nearly a dozen ministries. In 1998, he founded High Voltage Kids Ministry Resources, which creates cutting-edge, multi-media elementary and preschool kids' church curricula. These resources have been used in more than fifteen thousand churches around the world. He is also the author of Talk Now and Later. Brian and his wife, Cherith, have two amazing children-Ashton (son-in-law, Nick) and Jordan. They currently reside in Sherwood, Arkansas.
