In sports physical activity and especially due to the loss of fluids, as a result of continuous sweating, it becomes more important. Football is a sport with very particular characteristics in terms of hydration, especially because it does not have regular breaks for players to drink fluids during matches. The intake of this element during exercise is very beneficial for players, as it minimizes the effects of dehydration, and to prevent this from happening, the football player must hydrate before, during and of course after any training, competition or match. Hydration is of great importance as it has multiple consequences on the health of the athlete.
