This work, entitled 'HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT INTELLIGENCE AND STRATEGY SUCCESS' is research conducted on strategy planning and execution within the private and public sectors with Cameroon as a case study. The aim is to verify if the use of human resources intelligence in the process of strategic decision-making has any impact on the outcome of those strategic plans. The scope involved the private and public sectors as key stakeholders in a successful economy. The research focused on the subjects of business administration, strategic planning, elements of strategic human resources, an introduction to human resources management, and strategic planning as the key variables of concern. A sample of 120 well-experienced leaders who are involved in strategic decision-making from all domains participated in the primary data collection through interviews and questionnaires. From the findings, the research makes best practice proposals based on quality human resources management information and intelligence, which will lead to better decision-making and the best strategic plan realization. Dr. Etime Godwill Ajieh, Chartered Fellow CIPD, has 20+ years of experience in the private sector. Throughout his professional career, he has been in Dubai, UAE, serving as HR and Administration Manager; in Angola as HR Manager; and in Cameroon in the following capacities: HR reward analyst covering West and Central Africa, HR Business Partner covering West and Central Africa; Regional Human Resources Director for Central Africa Cluster covering Cameroon, Gabon, Angola, Congo, and DRC and Group Human Resources Director for a holding of 16 companies that operates in different countries and industries.A holder of a Doctor of Business Administration Degree (DBA), Atlantic International University, (HAWAII, USA), an MBA from the University of Wales, a BTEC Advanced Professional Diploma in Management Studies (Level 7) from EDEXCEL, (UK), and a BSc. degree in Management from the University of Buea, Cameroon. He is a chartered fellow with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), UK. A certified evaluator of Hays; Leadership and Communications (DALE CARNEGIE) and Gear UP Leadership Modules 1, 2, & 3 - DDI (Paris & Frankfurt). He is also an author, part time university lecturer, coach, and business consultant.
