Human Resource Development Practices for Rural Development

The purpose of this book is to study the conceptual framework of Human Resource Development for rural development. This framework will be surveyed the Human Resource Development practices those are being implemented for rural people development in Kolhapur district of Maharashtra state in India. Finally we have succeeded to provide necessary recommendations for the development of rural people through HRD model we proposed for new rural India of 21st century.
