The world of the housing market and housing finance system continues to evolve as countries with emerging economies play crucial roles in sheltering the needs of their citizens. The dynamic behaviour of the housing market and housing finance system was fully analysed. The inter-relationship between the housing market and the housing finance system has been modelled empirically by employing the VAR, VECM, and ARDL techniques.
