The study aims to analyze the policies adopted by the public sector and private sector banks in providing housing loans in terms of the opinion of the sample respondents. By this, it is expected to provide an insight into the financial policies adopted by the public sector and private sector banks to meet the needs and expectations of the housing loan customers.
