Fortunata Kapasy Pembe is an assistant lecturer in the department of Educational Foundations and Continuing Education at the University of Dodoma. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Hons) degree in Adult Education and a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Dar es Salaam. She is specialized in Adult Education and Gender.
