The Hopeful Mindsets General Overview Workbook accompanies the Hopeful Mindsets General Overview course, a video course that can be purchased at www.hopecourses.com. The Hopeful Mindsets Overview Workbook is a general introduction into the what, why, and how of hope. It includes the Hope Matrix, the Five Keys to Shine Hope, exercises, reflections, and strategies for cultivating hope in your life, and in the lives of others. Hopeful Mindsets is based on Kathryn Goetzke's work around the world studying the 'how' to hope over the last 10 years, and is based on her study of leading experts on Hope, Mindset, Mental Health, Stress, Positive Psychology, Business, Communications, and more. She used all of those learnings to create an easy to understand framework that she uses in her own life, to go from hopelessness to hope, and is on a mission to ensure all know the 'how' to hope. We all experience moments of hopelessness throughout the day, it is how we manage those moments that matter. Some are big, some are small, yet using the Shine Hope framework we can all start working together to manage them more effectively so we stop harming ourselves and/or others. Kathryn is not a medical doctor, yet she is an avid researcher, and has studied these experts and created her own award-winning Hopeful Minds program for young kids used around the world with published data found here. 57% of the teen girls alone in the US identify with persistent states of hopelessness, and it is learned. It is time to teach the opposite. Thank you for joining our journey to ensure all know the 'how' to hope. The program is also available for bulk license to be distributed to entire schools, companies, organizations, communities, or cities. To do so, please e-mail anna@theshinehopecompany.com.
