Amy Oxford has chronicled exhibits by the Green Mountain Rug Hooking Guild in three previous books, and is the celebrated author of the definitive Punch Needle Rug Hooking: Techniques and Designs. She invented the Oxford Punch Needle and is a much sought-after teacher amongst fiber artists.
