Nineteen homoaporphine bases have been isolated from various genera and species of lily plants (Table I) /29-31/. All of them are five-substituted compounds in benzene rings, in which the substituents are located in positions. 1, 2, 10, 11 12. The structure of their first representatives was established mainly by the study of spectral data and on the basis of biogenetic schemes of lily alkaloids, as well as by correlation with aporphine alkaloids.
