Cathy Rentzenbrink was born in Cornwall and grew up in Yorkshire. She works as a writer and journalist and is the author of A Manual For Heartache and the Sunday Times bestselling memoir The Last Act of Love, which was shortlisted for the Wellcome Book Prize. Victoria Hennison was born in Yorkshire and still lives in the county today, in a small village with her husband and children.
