To retain or increase market share in the motor industry, companies would need to apply differentiated business strategies to gain a competitive advantage and remain competitive. This can be achieved if organisations are High Performing, Learning and Intelligent organisations. Ich habe für OE-Hersteller wie Mercedes Benz of South Africa, M.A.N Truck and Bus S.A., UD Trucks und derzeit für Imperial - Alert Engine Parts gearbeitet. Ich halte auch Vorlesungen für die IMM-Module Sales Management, Marketing Management und Principles of Marketing für Abendstudenten.
