Andrea Gregg, Ph.D., is currently Director of Online Pedagogy and Associate Teaching Professor at The Pennsylvania State University, USA. With expertise in learning, design, and technology, her 20+ year career has been dedicated to maximizing quality in online education. Penny Ralston-Berg, M.S., is an award-winning designer with 25+ years of experience in online learning.
