Conleth Feighery with his brothers and sister grew up on a farm in Ireland. With his frog friend Henry, he helped milk the cows, feed the calves and went riding on the family pony, Jack. Later, he studied to become a doctor with a special interest in Immunology. He has a big sporting interest in rugby football and co-authored a book entitled the Hospital Pass. He played rugby for Ireland in 1972.
