Hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) defined by their ability to self-renewal and differentiation to all blood cell types in hematological system during the organism entire life time. Multi-potent stromal cells and their osteoblastic lineage cell are part of the bone marrow (BM) niche and contribute to HSC maintenance In the leukemia process, a large and diverse group of genetic and environmental variables have been proposed resulting in normal hematopoiesis impairing and favors leukemic stem cell(LSC) function which gradually go to BM niche remodeling. Thus, we try to expand our understanding on the leukemic hematopoiesis effects in the BM microenvironment and how leukemic hematopoiesis disrupts normal mechanisms.
