Nadia Koyratty is a food enthusiast and food scientist from Mauritius island. She has a BSc (Hons) degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Mauritius. Under the Erasmus Mundus Masters programme EDAMUS Sustainable Management of Food Quality, she specialized in Nutrition from France and in Food Production from Italy.
