Hygiene is the most essential issue for better health. It is well established that practicing good hand hygiene can reduce the transmission and consequences of disease. Globally 16% of total death is occurring due to infectious and parasitic disease per year which is 9.5 million that caused by unhygienic behavior or practice. Nowadays handwashing is introducing itself as a single most cost effective vaccine to reduce the global burden of infectious disease (Curtis et al, 2011). In Bangladesh, Luby et al (2011) found some effect of handwashing with water alone, and water with soap on child diarrhea. They found that washing one hand with soap is more effective than washing both hands with only water in terms of reducing child diarrhea in rural households of Bangladesh.
