Recently there has been a substantial increase in demand for power across the world. Conventional techniques are not anymore suitable to meet the increasing demands and environmental changes. With renewable energy at the prime of its development and solar being the most leading amongst them, power generation industry has found an eco-friendly and reliable replacement. Constant variation on load and load shedding of certain area to meet the demand have left most of the consumer products in a great risk of either getting damaged or malfunctioning. Hence to deal with the pressure of peak load time, load analysis is required. 60% of the overall load is derived from Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning (HVAC) and remaining load percentage is due to lighting. Hence thermal modeling of the building is required to understand the HVAC load requirement and lighting load is studied using mathematical analysis. Overall demand is fulfilled by solar module set up by the building and in case of surplus grid is utilized for satisfying the load requirement. Exchanging the power between the building is also one of the solution discussed.
